1.    Major facility description:

1)    This line is especially designed for Aluminum coil pre-washing,chemical transforming film and UV coating processes.The UV coating layer will  adhere strongly on the surface of the Aluminum coil through the chemical transforming film.

2)    Through the strain proportional controlling unreeling machine,the system can control the movement of the Aluminum coil precisely for the following processes of degreasing,washing,creating transforming film and the UV coating.

3)    The transforming film is environment-protection and without chrome.The transforming film is nature color,golden color or green-blue color.The thickness of the film is around 20-100mg/m2.The major purpose for the transforming film is to make sure the transforming film adhere strongly on the surface of the Aluminum coil.In case there was tiny hole or damage of the coating layer,the surface of the Aluminum coil  will not be oxidized or corrupted.
